This template is based on a workshop by Matt Brooker from issue 36 of my favorite magazine: Imagine FX. He shared his technique of using Adobe Illustrator (mostly) to ink and color a comic book cover for Judge Dredd. His radial lines were vector based, these are rasterized. Matt's radial line approach to vanishing points is a time saver.

To use the template in Photoshop, move the vanishing points and re-size each as appropriate (keeping the aspect ratio intact) to get the "camera angle" you desire.

Depending on how this week/weekend goes, I hope to post a ustream how-to video to demonstrate. Let me know if you're interested in a demo or have questions via comments on this post or in twitter (@RobStenzinger).
