Here's an ink and watercolor sketch/drawing I made in support of an Altered Esthetics event. They put out the call for "rock themed" art at the recent Cartoonist Conspiracy meeting (which also happens to be the first one I've attended) for an event at the gallery that'll have a Rock Band (the video game) tournament. Quite a combination of things - first time I went to a recurring meeting of local comic artists, a very comics-supporting gallery, rock music theme is near and dear to me (exhibit A: Art Geek Zoo), the game Rock Band is super fun (picked up RB1 opening day, can't wait for RB3 coming out the 26th of October). Hence my drawing "Guitar Waves".
