Abstract Forest Painting and Custom Brush Practice
Some of the greeble-like brushes I make create shapes that feel like scraps of metal. Then other brushes feel like stamp crafted out of stone. Then using either in Clip Studio Paint gives a lot of play and flexibility options with pressure, opacity, and what I choose for colors and composition so neither kind of brush is locked into one and only one type of use.
Here I cloned a textured paint brush and gave it a custom brush tip that looks like a stamp for adding details to clay. Instead of a craft pattern, here I put together an abstract forest. Then I added highlight detail with a simple round tip brush.
