Guest Comic for UNcubed

I had the honor of doing a guest comic for Krishna Sadasivam's excellent, humorous auto biographical comic: UNcubed. It may sound odd - creating a guest episode for someone's auto biography but Krishna's solution: make it about when I (or any given comic artist) met him! I think we really hit it off and have quite a bit in common - so I was excited to make a guest comic for him.

Krishna and I met at the UP! Fair this last November so that's what this comic is about. Slightly exaggerated for comic effect, but the spirit is fairly accurate.

First I did a few sketches to land on a style for the characters and to practice.

I wrote the comic and laid out the panels... then sketched over a light printout.

From there I started inking in the desktop version of Sketchbook Pro.

Finally I toned the comic in Photoshop. Check out the final version at UNcubed!
